Oslo, 16 November 2021 - Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has mandated Nordea and SEB as
Joint Lead Managers to arrange a group investor call on Wednesday 17 November at
11:00 CET. A tap of the outstanding bond issue maturing in March 2026 (ISIN
NO0011082091) may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used for general corporate
purposes.
