The annual general meeting in Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA was held on Tuesday, 30
April 2024 at 13:00 (CEST), virtual through the general meeting portal
administered by Euronext Securities Oslo (the "Euronext Securities Portal").
All proposals on the agenda, except item 13 (withdrawn), were adopted as per
notice of the annual general meeting published on NewsWeb Oslo Stock Exchange on
09.04.2024.
